You can choose from three types of cottages with the following rates (per day):

Air-Conditioned Cottage: P,1500

Pirates Air-Conditioned Cottage: P1,250

Fishermans Non-Air-Conditioned Cottage: P800

Amenities vary with the package you choose. Typically, packages come with a set buffet, free entrance, free use of venue for 5 hours and more.

Their Childrens Package is perfect for a birthday party for your child with free entrance, invitation cards, birthday cake, party gear and free use of the swimming pool for a day. On the other hand, friends and schoolmates can go for the Party Package.

For those out-of-town conferences, you can opt for the Seminar Package which gives you a fully equipped conference room.

Location

If you are worried about being too far away from your business, dont be. Mergrande Village Resort is just a half-hour drive from Davao, the business capital of the area. The resort is planted in a quiet and spacious beach property in the Talomo District in the southern part of Bago Aplaya. The land is almost 9 hectares in size. You will really feel you are in paradise in the midst of a busy commerce district.

To get to the Mergrande Village Resort from Davao city, first take a jeepney to Talomo Highway; from there you can take a tricycle to the beach resort. You can also take a taxi ride directly.
